Very interesting! So, it went for a song - $17M - dirt cheap for a beachfront resort in the Caribbean. Also, it sounds like Intercontinental is going to manage it, but not own it. It is being purchased by a local VI firm. Do they own anything else? Pineapple Palm? They are buying the Pineapple beach property. It almost sounds like their name was made-up for this purchase. Does anyone know anything about them? Ronnie, any feedback?
