New to this board and looking for any ideas or last minute suggestions. I've read most of everything, so no specific questions. I just can't wait to see St John in person!!! Around 3 weeks to go 🙂

Welcome, Susan!
You are going to love it! Where are you staying? We leave for our trip in 33 days, and can't wait.
You'll most likely get plenty of replies, but IMOP, I have to recommend sunscreen/block, bugspray, "after-bite" itch remedy, and a groovy laid back attitude. Prepare to experience "island time."
Do yourself a favor and pack light, as well.
I'm very excited for you! Keep left!
Smiles-
Jimmy

Yvette,

Great, have you been to StJ before? As mentioned, we are staying on east end, how about you? Always looking to meet new people.

Not Susan,
but we were in the islands at the same time....Beautiful weather..Thankful Omar moved onward with little to no damage...
I was on St. John only for a daytrip..We went to Trunk for a bit to swim and have some drinks...(the yellowbirds kicked our butt), and then went to Skinny Legs for lunch, did a little sight seeing after that and then on to Cruz Bay for Woody's Happy Hour, and a little shopping..Quiet Mon was closed. They were there tidying up, wiping down pics (Kenny's) to hang back on the wall, etc...I went up and said hello ; ) One day is not enough time on St. John that is for sure, but I had to take what I could get...Will definitely be back, and am trying to swing a week long stay on St. John this time instead of Tortola...although I love it there too...
