Hello everyone,

Just got back from STJ two weeks ago, and I'm already planning for next year. I am considering Oceana Villa. The pictures look beautiful. Anyone have any first hand knowledge of this villa?

we will be staying there 5/20-5/27. wooohoooo! won't be long now. i am confident that it will live up to it's pics. looks like the price is going way up next year though. we've been renting from lisa durgin at vacation vistas for years now and have never been disappointed. will report back.

Lucky you, getting it at this year's price! I just noticed this morning how much the price is going up next year, so it may be out of my range 🙁 Looks gorgeous!!! Have a great time.

Hi Suzanne,

Just writing to wish you a wonderful trip! I look forward to your report on Oceana when you return. The off-season rates are staying the same for next year, so we may be booking it after all! Have a wonderful time. I just got back April 28, so if you have any questions, feel free to email me at [email protected].

it was better than pictures. SPACIOUS. excellent for entertaining. interesting furniture (stiles brothers) and lighting. kitchen aide appliances with wood faces to match the cabinets. stone showers with shells embedded. lots of parking. close to town and westin. it's a keeper.

Suzanne,

I'm so glad Oceana was all you hoped for!! Unfortunately, it was not available for the week we wanted (next April!!) so I have rented 2 villas (Cara Mia and White Cottage). There's always 2008!
