Hello, I found a condo that I really like above Santa Maria bay. . . . anyone familiar with this area? never stayed on that side of the island. . . . is 4 wheel drive necessary? any opinions or comments would be helpful! Thanks!

You get there via Fortuna Road (RT. 30). I know that road you do not need a 4wd vehicle, but once you turn off of it, depending where your condo is, you might need one. Do you have a name or address for the condo?
