We are looking into end of November like we did last year. I like that time of year...right before busy season begins!! If all goes according to our plans that is!! I would rather spend Thanksgiving on the beach than to build a meal for my un-grateful teenagers!!

Sorry Ginger. Check with me in 2007! Next year we will be vacationing in the mountains somewhere. If I happen to win the lottery and can afford 2 vacations I'll let you know. Between our trip in April and the purchase of our 2 puppies we are about maxed out $ wise for the next year and a half or so. I'll have to be satisfied with reading trip reports for awhile.

I'm tring to decide between Thaksgiving week and 2 weeks around XMas/New Years. There are great airfare deals right now on USAIR, so maybe both (Thanksgiving and Christams). I think we could buy airfare for Thanksgiving and then, after that trip, we would all have enough miles for another trip in Dec. The only problem is that FF Mile seats are so sparse around Christmas. It gets tricky. The other problem is that the guest house might not be available over Thanksgiving, as our host usually has family come down then. So, we might need another place to rest our heads - and hotels get pricey over the holidays.

But, I think we're likely to be there over thanksgiving week if I can find a place to stay.

We'll be on St John over Thanksgiving. Last year we were aboard New Horizons II on Thanksgiving Day and it was great! I think we may have started a new tradition in our family.
