One of the best, an online newspaper, is the STT Source. Not sure ho to tell ypu how to get there from here but if you google on St Thomas Source you'll find the link which I believe comes under "onepaper.com"

It's very much up to date. The Virgin Islands Daily News usually doesn't get its online version up until a day later.
