Has anyone tried the new restaurant that recently opened up in sapphire village? Formerly, it was the oasis, and we loved that one. Please let me know. We are leaving March 3rd.

Restaurant Azure is a worthy successor to the Oasis. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner by the swimming pool. The interior has been completely redone in beautiful wood (the new bar is stunning). The dinner menu is fairly small- chicken, duck, seafood. Pay attention to the specials- usually freshly caught fish- as they are...well, SPECIAL! Also, the seafood crepes are great. I haven't been for breakfast/brunch, but by report, it is terrific, too.

Hi There,

If you really enjoyed eating at the Oasis restaurant years ago, you might want to make sure to try Blue Moon Cafe at Secret Harbour. The owner, Julie is the same person who owned Oasis. Bobbie Beach who was with her then is still the bartender at the beach bar outside Blue Moon.

We tried both Azure and Blue Moon Cafe when we were in STT in January, liked them both, but decided to return to Azure for a second meal. Those daily dinner specials were the highlight, but you had to get there early to take advantage of them. The restaurant staff were writing the specials on the blackboard when we arrived one evening and by the time we finished our meal, at least half of the specials were gone and had been erased from the list!
