Ok...our group of 4 will be coming to STT on March 17-24. Right now Spirit has $69 there and $196 coming home on Saturday, however, if we stay over until Sunday, it drops to $96 to come home. The only problem, we're staying at Bluebeards Beach club and the only room they have is $345 (uh, no!).

We wouldn't mind moving somewhere else cheaper for the night...does it make sense to do this? We can also come home on Friday for the cheaper rate.

The $69 fare ends today and while I'd like to wait it out and see if they keep that and lower the going home on the following Saturday, I'm afraid I'll miss out all together.

What say you???

Thanks!!!

Did you check at Bluebeard's Castle? Sometimes they have a room available at reduced rates for owners.

Woohoo...I just booked our airfare - going out Saturday and coming home Sunday for $840 for 4 people - nonstop. THEN I called the resort we're staying at (they've been totally booked up until now) and they had 1 room available that night and we had almost enough points to cover it - so it cost me ONLY $27 more dollars for 1 more night!!

Go freakin' mom. I am sooooo 'cited.

AND I just got the new Spirit airline email and the new special is only M-Th....yeah!!! The one I got ended today at 3. Whew???
