Hi, We are going to St John on October 15th for a week. We want to take 3 days from our week and take the water ferry to Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke and Tortola. My question is do we need to reserve as soon as we get there or can we wait until that day. I undertand that for Tortola is not necessary as they have daily trips but for the other two islands its only certain days and we want to make sure we dont miss the opportunity on the day we want to go. We are arriving on a Sat and leaving the following Sat. Any advance info would be great. I am planning our trip now as we are 3 weeks away and cannot wait. Thanks
Hello Maria,
The Jost Van Dyke & Virgin Gorda ferries from St. Thomas/St. John don't take reservations. (I had called a few days ago and asked.) They do suggest you show up 30 minutes prior to departure.
