*i would like some information on this island, such as:
1. what is the native language?
2. what is the money?
3. what wild life is there? (poisionus snakes - animals (ones that attack) salt water fish, etc.

1. English. Some people also speak patois.
2. US dollar.
3.Iguanas, mongoose (what's the plural of that?),deer, donkeys(STJ) just to name a few.

Which island were you referring to?

1. Technically its English, but it has influences of creoul, "Island-ish" and lots of slang. Bottom line is that if the locals want you to understand them, its easy. If they don't, then fuggedetaboutit.

2. US $$

3. Lots of wild dogs and cats; mongooses; geckos; iguanas; chickens; the occasional cow or goat or lamb; pelicans; ducks at Sapphire beach (only a that beach it seems);.
I don't know about snakes--maybe the mongooses got them all. No particular attacking fish.

There are still a few snakes around but none of the posionous variety ... interesting tree frogs that sing at night ... very few songbirds ... very few seed eating birds, it seems.
