My family will be in STT in June for my sister's wedding. My grandmother and her friend will be coming with us, and they are looking for a boat excursion to suit their needs. My grandmother is 75 years young, so she isn't looking for snorkeling or climbing through The Baths. We're looking for more of a sight seeing trip. Does anyone have any suggestions for what she's looking for? Thanks for your input!
The sunset sails would be good. The one from Bolongo sails to Charlotte Amalie, and the town is beautiful at night. Those excursions usually last for 2 hours. You can also just take ferry rides to STJ, Water Island ,and the BVI if you just want to be on the water. You can then take a land sightseeing tour after you get there.
Thanks for your help! I was thinking a sunset tour might be the best way to go; but I was also really hoping she'd get a chance to see some of the BVI's. We are staying at Sapphire Beach, so I maybe I need to do some looking into New Horizons since they use Sapphire Marina.
Let the crew of Pirates Penny//Stormy Petrel know what she and her friend expect and they will take excellent care of her - not a party boat and they are most respected professional crew in the BVI tour trade.
Thanks exit! My husband and I went with Stormy about a year ago, but I didn't know they offered a trip with less snorkeling. I'll check into that!
