OH MY GOSH.... just returned from my first trip to St. John. WOW. We stayed at the Maria Breeze (thanks to Nancy and Mark of Seaview Homes). Food was spectacular just about everywhere....Surf and Turf at Morgan's Mango, loved the BBQ at the little "shack" near the post office (does it even have a name?), Pain Killers at Woody's, cheeze pizza at Seniorita's, Bleu Burger at Skinny Legs and the secret of delivery Chinese from MarketPlace. Oh yeah, the beaches are beautiful, too! ha ha ha ha
Does anyone have a recipe for or have an idea how to get the lime mustard vinigairette that is served on the grilled chicken salad at Morgan's Mango? Thanks for any help.

Don't know the recipe for the lime mustard vinigairette, but the little BBQ shack is known to all as "Uncle Joe's BBQ". We tried to talk Joe into selling us a jug of sauce to take back to Michigan last week, but while never refusing per se, he never seemed to have any available either. Oh well, I guess we'll just have to go back...
