I am looking for a new place to live. A one year lease, and possible longer. I don't want to drive through Haven Sight. I'm working out by Sub Base.

Anybody have any leads. Not having much luck with the Island Trader. Would like a good view. Looking for something around +/- 1,500 with utilities
