Hi all I was wondering in restaurant application or home for that matter what is the fuel used natural gas or propane or is electric the only thing used. [ I HAVE BECOME VERY ATTACHED TO MY STOVE ] Thanks in advance Ned 🙂

Propane is extremely common and very useful vs. a WAPA stove.
