Well, I figured if Baseball can have a Spring training...so should I. We will be in STJ mid-May...I need to practice. Today, it's 84 degrees in Memphis....opportunity knocks. Here I am, left work early, tossed the suit and tie, sitting in the back yard by the pool, sipping on a libation, partaking in a fine Montecristo, listening to a lil steel drum....I'm a little rusty, but it's all coming back to me. Life is good. Have a great weekend, y'all.

Looks like you're on the path to 'mid-season form' by May. 🙂

I highly encourage Spring Training...and warming up during the week is not a bad idea either, you don't want to get out there on the weekend and pull a muscle in you drinking arm 🙂

More importantly don't forget to stretch those winter tight groin muscles. You never know when you will be called to pinch hit.
