My husband and I are considering moving to St. Croix in the fall of 2017. What information do you have about long term rentals? We would most likely want 2 bedrooms and possibly 2 baths. What is a monthly cost of living for a rental including utilities? Is a car a necessity?

Hi Sharon, I am planning to move to st Croix also, what you need to do is to order the settlers book from vi traders it only 11.95, great book. It had all Info's you need. So far what I learned from book is that the rent is lower in st Croix. Great place.
Good luck, but what I can recommend you is to go there for couple weeks on vacation , so you can see if you like it or not , and to be familiar with the island. As the matter fact I am going there in April for 10 days. And I will decide. Ifyou want I will let you know how the trip went.
