My son has lived in ST Thomas for one year now and works in Red Hook, he has been living with various room mates since his arrival, he is without internet at the present time, he would like to find a single apartment in the red hook area, as he is tired of room mates, and found out that the lease in Sapphire Beach is up in 4-days the room mate kind of forgot about that part when he paid his share of the rent and stocked the place to the brim with hurricanin supplies,,,,,
anyway does any one know of a nice, safe, clean small place he may rent, he is a bartender , makes good money just not enought to pay over $1000 a month

Also would like to be able to walk to redhook for work, as he has a car that is not running and after several so - called - mechanics sort of ripped him off he is probably going to be without a car, he is using a friends right now.

He is a very responsible guy, just had a few episodes of bad luck but works very hard and will be a great tenant, sleeps all day works at night you will never see him

ok, thanks everybody....
you can email me at [email protected] if you know of any good rentals

Your son will have to do the looking. He should ask folks at work, at the grocery, everywhere he goes. Most apartments are found this way, word of mouth. He'll have to make calls and go in person. He'll want to see the place and the landlord will want to see him. You might be able to get him leads, but finding a new place to live is definitely a do-it-yourself project. Good luck to him.

I agree with Ric. Also there is a classified section on this site he could take a look at and he should also click on the VI Moving Center link above as this is a visitor's forum. A helpful hint, too - not a good idea to post your email address on an open forum. Posters can easily reach you by using this site's PM (Private Message) function.
