Has anyone been to Mountaintop? Saw where it was a nice scenic ride and good shopping. Is it worth goin to?
Yes.
It's worth the ride........bring your camera........ have a Banana Daiquiri........then drive down to Megan's Beach.........perhaps even a milk shake on your way.........

You'll love Mountaintop, well worth a visit. Don't forget to tour the gardens, they are outstanding.

Yes, I love mountaintop. The views are worth it alone. It's really nice driving up there because the lay of the land really does get more lucsious. I remember driving up there and thinking....I have a plant like that at home, but the leaves were 25 times larger!
I've gotten alot of shopping done there. Not too many stores, but good t shirts and things like that.
The banana daiquiris are very very strong. I had one, daughter didn't want to finish hers, I did and ended up sleeping on Magens beach under a palm tree...I never do that....I swear.
The milkshake place going into or coming back from Magens is called Udder Delight and they have excellent milkshakes.
