OK, guys. You did a great job last year when I needed a recommendation for MD brunch on STT. This year we're booked on STX. Last year the Marriott on STT had a special brunch. Does anyone on STX do something special?

The Buccaneer , Carambola and Divi all of course do fantastic brunches and will surely have wonderful MD brunches. The would probably be the biggest, most elaborate spreads and $. Other options on STX that have great brunches include: (none of these are buffet - you order what you want off their Brunch menu's)

Duggans - way east, on the water, special menu brunch ... they do these every Sunday and I'm sure they will have something on MD. Really pretty location with Buck Island views and sandy beach.

Cultured Pelican - one of my favorite night time restaurants, fantastic food! They have a weekend brunch too and will likely do MD. A lot of people rave about their food.

Sand Castles - way west, absolutely gorgeous setting, excellent choice. I love this place but I live east and don't get to go there often. Never disappoints. (Great sunsets so good dinner choice too!)

There will be others... I suggest you check once you get here and see who is doing what. Reservations way in advance are not necessary.

You are going to love St. Croix. It is a semi-secret jewel.

Thanks, limetime. I'm leaning toward the Buccaneer. We "accidental" had a regular breakfast buffet there the last time we were on STX, almost 1&1/2 years ago. It was pretty good but pricey, $35-40 for two with the tip. I just hope we weren't spoiled by the Marriott last year.
This is the one thing that frustrates me about STX, there are so many restaurants I want to try but I never have enough time to get to all of them.
