Where and how do I apply for a boat mooring permit for Cruz Bay or Coral Bay? I would like to have a mooring installed. Thanks, Al

I just called the DPNR, and she said that there can't be one instaled in Cruz Bay (I didn't ask her about Coral Bay). Call 340-774-320 and ask for "Enforcement". They will be able to help you.
