I have been trying to fine Tuesday to Tuesday or Wednesday to Wednesday 1 bedroom rentals. With the difference in price for midweek vs weekend airfare rates (~ $1000) I can almost pay for the accommodations with the savings. We went to STT this past June and can't wait to go back. If you see Andrew Douglas, tell him his friends from Delaware say "Hi".
We rent our unit out through VRBO and will do midweek rentals. I would imagine that many other owners would do the same. Check out www.vrbo.com each house has a calendar that shows availability, just send out a few inquiries and see what responses you get.

we also do VRBO for our guest rooms and condos. Where are you going from?

You should not have any problem finding midweek to midweek rentals in villas (with a few exceptions). Time shares and fractional ownerships may be different depending upon the management policies and program structure.
We are going the third week in June or later (Karen is on the local school schedule). VRBO site is great. I would not have thought the prices would be so competitive.
Our two bedroom vacation rental can be rented midweek. In June it is only $100/night for 1-2 people. Look at www.stthomasvirginisland.com
