Where are you guys staying and where are you each from?

My husband and I are from Virginia and will be staying at Bluebeard's Castle. We were supposed to be at Elysian Beach, but for some complicated reason, our timeshare moved us to Bluebeard's.

I'll be on the lookout for Mountaineers partying and the bald guy with the Mexican woman! Don't be surprised if I come up to ya and introduce myself!!

We are staying at a villa near red hook. a two bedroom 1 bath with a pool and a veiw. We got a great rate. Hope you have a great vacation.

We are staying at Point Pleasant Resort, hope it is nice and clean. I have read mostly good reviews. Just need a decent place to sleep, too many beaches to visit. We are from a small town near Parkersburg, WV.

Woohoo...add 2 more to the mix...us 2 Coloradoans will be at the Marriott Frenchman's....it just hit me this weekend that it's so close. Two weeks from right now I'll be on the beach with a DRINK IN MY HAND!! CAN'T WAIT!!! 🙂

hi erika,

we were at the marriott in September and really enjoyed it. if you have room facing town you will have alot of early morning noise as they are building condos adjacent to the hotel. did not bother us as we were up early and on the run. not sure if you have been to STT before but best advice i can give if you plan to see the sites is to rent a car. taxi charges are at least 10 pp one way to go anywhere.
