I am not certain this will be helpful but we I visited St Thomas recently, the Marriott was one of the choices for our accommodations but we chose Sugar Bay. When we went into town the first day, I was amazed at how gorgeous the Marriott was. I wished I had made a different selection but live and learn! Postcard views, sitting on the tip of a cliff overlooking the harbor & the ocean both. Wow. I told myself I would clean toilets there just for the luxury of looking out those windows every day!! Have a great trip. Maybe you will get to see the QE 2 docked out from the harbor (she is too large to bring into the harbor). I have vowed to return to USVI as a full-time permanent resident after five days in such a beautiful atmosphere.
