Hello Danny,

Secret Harbor is good choice. Quiet, relaxing, great beach, very good customer service.

What type of things are of interest to you and gf? Shopping, hiking, historic sites, sailing, fishing...

I would suggest checking out the beach guides for St. Thomas & St. John on this site. At the top of this page click on St. Thomas... St. John and a drop down will appear, you can pick Beaches that way. There are pictures & descriptions. Figure out which ones you would like to spend some time at.

Since you have a car you can spend a day driving all over St. Thomas and can take the car over to St. John on the car ferry (if your rental car agency allows this) and explore St. John another day.

Spend some time downtown Charlotte Amalie and check out the historical sites, do some shopping, have lunch downtown.

Check out Sapphire on Sunday afternoon for live music and dancing beachside. You can do Happy Hour at Greenhouse on Tuesday evening. Perhaps Paradise Point's happy hour on Wednesday.

You might consider a daysail one day either to the BVI or around/to St. John.

Perhaps Coral World, Atlantis Submarine, BOB, Snuba, diving, parasailing, kayaking...

Lots of hiking trails on St. John in the National Park. (you can read about that in the St. John guide on this site also, in the drop down menu pick National Park).

If you have snorkel gear then yes bring it along.
