*What is St. Thomas main dish, and can you give the recipe for that dish.
There's no such thing as a "main dish".. we have many different ones..
Hello Virginia,
You might read through https://www.vinow.com/general_usvi/culture/food.php
There are a couple recipes there and also in the Monthly E-Zine which you can access from the home page.

local foods for STX. Thanks.
Aaron-
i tend to frequent some frederiksted locations such as west end grill or rosa's food. west end grill is in the heart of f'sted and serves food such as salt fish, fried pork chops, stewed chicken, stewed goat, fried plantains, tostones, rice and beans, etc. rosa's is across from the whim ball park and serves up pate's (chicken, conch, beef) and lindi's (a frozen fruit drink that's kind of like ice pops). for some puerto rican food there is a bar next to the whim museum that serves up some great food or a bar in hanna's rest just down from the stop light. any more questions, just ask.

In Christiansted try Harvey's (lunch only), Kim's, Nolan's Tavern (dinner only, I think) and Singh's.
