Is this course in good condition. I'm an avid golfer and would like to definintely play in October when I'm there. Is the course challenging? I'm not a beginner but I'm also not to amatuer level. I shoot around 90 for 18 here in upstate NY.
I'm sorry I meant Mahogany Run Golf.
Some friends of our went golfing at Mahogany Run in January/2005. Their critique: Interesting and challenging golf course. For the islands, its in good condition. If compared to a course in the Continental - it could use some higher level of maintenance. Very scenic. Pretty tough course. Well worth the fee.....not cheap....~$150 if you have to rent your clubs.
Thanks for the info. I'll surely be playing. I'll have to rent clubs. I'm not going to bring mine. Hopefully I can meet up with someone to play with.
Save yourself a few $$$ and pack some balls that you won't mind losing. I've played the past 3 years and shot somewhere(?) over 100!!
I'm usually a bogey golfer, too. The views are awesome so pack a camera for your round. Give them a call and I'm sure you can hook up with someone.
I'll definitely pack some golf balls I don't mind losing. I saw pictures and it looked as though I might be losing more than my fair share. I'll surely pack a camera as well! Thank you much.
Tough? If you can play the three holes on Devil's Triangle without a penalty stroke, you get a free gift!!
