I know in the past 2 years the Mafolie hotel has had new ownership. The restaurant at the hotel was Lindy's restaurant and has been closed and due to re-open soon (if not already open). I know from the photos on the old web site that the view is fantasic. How is the food if it's open? Thanks.

We went to the bar last week (great bar service!) and they were set to open the restaurant on Tuesday of this week (I think). The menu looked fabulous and reasonably priced. Lobster bisque...my favorite! We stayed there in April when we were scouting out the island and we would have loved to have had good food at the hotel. And, I'm sure that the food will taste as good as the menu looked!

I forgot to mention...
we had so much fun in April that we moved down here 3 months ago.
