I know this is a US forum but I couldn't help but let everyone know who I saw today working at Taboo again. LUIS! He is the guy from the DR who is truly a great person. He is always full of energy, takes joy in entertaining lunch guests, and is extremely polite. He works at Taboo on Jost van Dyke and had gone home (as well as traveling the states) for about a year.
