When are you going and how many people are going with you? Have you stayed on STJ before? What did you want in a villa?
Looking at the pics, I would expect them to come down off of the price a little. It looks "rustic"...and maybe that's appealing. But, for another $200 you can have something newer, big pool, more elegant, etc. I think it's overpriced a little....but I've never stayed there. Perhaps there is charm that I can't communicate. I hope you'll find a review and will review for us when you return. I am just one opinion...and rustic isn't appealing to me...so maybe another opinion of the pics would be more fair.
