I'll have a fully furnished 1X1 for short term rental but it won't be available until May 20th.
$1500 per month includes water, electricity, DISH TV, BroadbandVI high speed internet, use of laundry facilities.
The location is in Dorothea on Northside. Has separate parking and driveway. Very quiet area.
Completely furnished so it's a just bring your suitcase type rental. Sorry no smokers and no pets.

Water Island
Our home can accomodate up to 8 persons and is available starting April 8th. We are located on Water Island which is an approx. 8 minute ferry ride from St. Thomas Crown Bay Marina to/from Water Island. (Ferry schedule is listed on the VINOW under "Ferry Schedule". The ferry runs on time, every day. Local Water Island residents depend on it to go to and from STT for school and work.)
