On June 29th, Tues., at 3pm, my daughter and I arrived at the airport on St. Thomas. We were assisted with our luggage and given some insider tips by a man who states he recently retired from the DEA. He also said he just sold a home in Scotttsdale, AZ and bought a sailboat. We did not exchange names or numbers. He asked where we were staying and we asked him to stop by the Carlton. I'd like to find him.
