I am visiting St John from Feb 20-25 and I'd like to go out on a fishing charter between 2/21 & 2/24. The people I'm traveling with don't fish and I can't spring for the entire cost of a charter.
Is there anyone who could use another angler to help defray the cost of a charter you have booked?
I've been fishing LI Sound for 50 years and I've gone on numerous deep sea trips out of Montauk Point. I consider myself experience, but by no means an expert.

You can call the different fishing charter companies and ask them to notify you if they have anyone else looking for a shared trip during your time frame to defray your costs. It's not uncommon.
Ask Neptune Fishing in Red Hook at AYH for any recommendations.
The two most recommended on St Thomas are Double Header and Abigail III, both of which run out of the Sapphire Marina.
