My girlfriend just graduated from college with a degree in Biology and aquaculture and she is looking for a job.
any ideas???

Presumably you mean a job in the US Virgin Islands? You can seek information on the relocation forum on this site. On St Thomas, Coral World sometimes has openings for Marine Biologists.
