I am thinking of going back to SJ this June or early July with my 13 year old daughter.
We would want something with easy access to town as I do no want to rent a car.
I am looking for a SAFE environment where the management might take us under their wing a bit. I am considering Estate Lindholm or Laverder Hill. Does anyone have a better suggestion, or an opinion of either property? I wojuld want to stay at least 2 weeks, so I don't want to get too pricy. I love Gallos Point, but I think that may be a little over budget.

Mid June through 4th of July is Carnival time on St. John, the island will be busier so book early.

Its not a condo, more like a few studio apartments, the owner lives in the main house and is a sweetheart. A few minutes walk to town.

You can also try Star Villas , they are also very nice people and resonable prices and very close to down town in a nice area ,safe . its a steep hill to climb up ,but good for you .. I will also be there in June , I stayed there last year . and had a wonderful stay just like I lived there . Good Luck Yolanda
