My wife and I are coming to st croix and was wondering if there are any of you that may have a nice qozy, quaint affordable non resorty place for rent? We are researching a new place to live. We currently live in Puerto Penasco Mexico ,a small fishing village that errupted to USA TOURIST TRAP>>> Hard to make a living there now due to usa restrictions with the passport thing now so our business has been declining dangerously......We are looking or a summer place to possibly live and relax for awhile....Any ideas would be sweet....also How's property prices for small lots to build on? And how hard is it to obtain building supplies there? Permits etc?
