anyone know any good, simple lobster recipes?
Broil or grill them. Serve with melted butter. It doesn't get any better or simpler than that.
Hi Michael
Grilling them seems to give the best flavor, we usually split the shell on the underside, mix butter and garlic salt to taste together, and dribble it in the split. Grill upside down, keep adding the mix and grill to a dark reddish brown color. Split the shell, pop out the meat, slice like shrimp and enjoy!
Variations include hot sauce, soy sauce, horseraddish, terriki, etc. I've broiled them, boiled them, and bake them before...I guess it depends on the mood and what you have to cook with.
After cooking, you might try a simple rice and mixed veggie stir fry thats easy and fast and serve on that.

Where are you guys getting your Lobster? and how much are you paying
We're paying $5.99 a pound in NH. I got some great recipes once from the University of Maine web site.
i caught mine out snorkeling. but they told me $25 for a pound at marina market, but i guess that out on the road to coki beach you can find it for pretty cheap. good luck. mike
Hi All...
$6.99 pound from the guy at the Coki beach road. Fresh, live, out of the 5 gal. bucket.
