Can anyone tell me the name of a tiny bright yellow fish that we saw in the waters at STJ ( I think it was at Salt Pond)? Thanks

There are several species of fish in this area that are yellow. You might try looking up photos online of the following and see if they are a match for the one you saw.

French Grunt
Shy Hamlet, Barred Hamlet or Butter Hamlet
Maybe a type of Butterflyfish
Some species of fish are yellow as Juveniles but as adults they are other colors: for example Juvenile Rock Beauty, Damselfish, Yellowhead Wrasse, and Juvenile Blue Tang.

Good Luck!
