I was wondering what the new guidelines are for bringing back liquor from the islands back to the states. Can it go on the plane as a carry on or does it have to be checked baggage.

Must be checked/. The stores have boxes that will hold 6 bottles. Also the airlines do not count the boxes as one of your bags.
