Going to St. Croix on 3/24 and wondered if we should take our own liquor, ie Candadian Club and boxed wine. I buy a big box of wine for 9.99 her and $18 for 750 ml of Candaian Club.
We are ataying at the Reef club and have our older parents going with us.

Thanks Pat

Well, I understand that sometimes wine will be cheaper in the US than around here, but your liquor won't be. Most alll liquor is cheaper here. That CC should be under $10, and wine, depending on where from, maybe a dollar or two more.

We had read on the internet months ago that if you were going to STT, the place to buy your liquor was at the Kmart. So, when we were done shopping, we had our taxi driver take us there. Wow! Bought several bottles of Smirnoff for half the price that we pay here. Maybe not top shelf vodka, but on cold winter nights, it tastes good in a Frozen Bikini. Didn't look at at the wines. But with prices like that on STT, I have to believe they are close to the same on St. Croix.

Last time I was in STT, Grey Goose was available. Hell of a lot cheaper too!
