With the improvements made was just wondering if there are chair rentals. Coming from Sapphire and do not have beach chairs. Thank you

Don't think so.
Ask your vacation rental if they provide chairs.
Many do. If not you can buy at K Mart, probably cheaper than paying to rent. Or you can rough it on a beach towel.

No, unless you have beach chairs in your condo you'll have to lay your towel in the sand at Lindqvist. Gorgeous beach and worth it though!
