I found it after all & it looks like they still don't do the Jost trip unless you charter the whole boat for the day. 2 of us can't do that . Anyone else know who else does a Jost Van Dyke trip in May.

Dawn: Do you want to go only to Jost? Or did you want to do a BVI tour with Jost as a stop?

Hi East Ender,

I would like to spend more time there. We spent about 45 minutes on the New Horizons back in 2005. The Baths were great along with the snorkel at Diamond Cay & lunch at Marina Cay but I would like a trip that went somewhere else this time & more time at White Bay. I know I can take the ferry on my own but the last one out leaves very early if I remember correctly.

If your looking to spend more time on Jost or where ever else you wish, Nauti Nymph is a great company that I have used many times in the past. There website is http://www.nautinymph.com/ All trips are completely customized and no itinerary is needed. Often times we saw a beautiful random island or bay and in minutes it was ours. They are based out of Red Hook in East End St. Thomas...I think?? :/ but bring a few boats over to St. John every day. Main pick up is @ the Westin but probably can accommodate where ever. Check them out, they have have very knowledgeable and fun captains.

Dawn: You might post here for others to share a charter. There is a thread here by fishermen who are putting together a fishing charter, you might find others who would like to go to Jost and share the cost of a rental.

I just realized that under "St Thomas" on the navigation bar above, there is a section for BVI excursions, advertisers who support this board and allow Islander to relax in a hammock and drink bushwhackers all day. You should check some of them out! :@)
