We've rented this villa for early June so we're committed. Looking for any feedback on this property, good or bad.

Due to flight times, we are going to spend our first night in STJ at the Inn at Tamarind Court. We'll be arriving on a Friday night. Is this place as bad as the reviews?

Lastly, which guide is best: STJ Off the Beaten Track or the Fins, Feathers & FWD (?). If you buy one book, is the other necessary?
