Been reading in FB that Latitide 18 is closing at the end of the month, what a shame, many enjoyable evenings spent there.

Hi Bill - Yup, Latitude 18 is closing for good, ostensibly because the owners of the land want to develop it.

Edythe Dirks told Deb that the guys name is Mr. Loeinstein that owns all the property. Twenty plus acres from what I understand. One more juke joint bights the dust. Sorry to see it. We were there Saturday night Jason Jones was playing. One of the owners confirmed that the owner canceled their lease effective at the end of this month. Ironically is seems that some one has done some work on the road and it's not as bad as it has been over the last few months.

Oh no! Thank you for telling me though. It is a beautiful location. I love the road to get there! 😉
It will make someone a very nice property!

Watch out for a couple more closings too. Hard times here and continually coming ...

And to to top that they redid the road so it is not as bad as it was.

The road in has been slowly paved in sections over the last couple of years by the individual home/land owners, as funding permits.

No this has nothing to do with the concrete that was done. they graded the road down by lat 18. Not sure why it was done.

Maybe prepping to enable all the heavy duty 'dozers easier access? What does your tenant say? You said in an earlier post that he/she is your residential tenant.

Amazing how the coconut telegraph transmits. What transpired at Elysian is now segueing into a different and more plausible scenario than that which initially made the rounds. Nothing "bad" at all but is there a problem with honesty where restaurant closings are concerned? Good grief!
