My wife and I are staying in SJ and leaving on a Friday, but our flight does not leave STT until 6:45pm. I figure we would probably try to get in another half-day at the beach, shower and take off around 3pm. I know that there are no guests immediately coming in when we leave at our villa. In these types of situations, how to management companies handle requests for late check-outs? Are they typically allowed?

Thanks,
Eric

Last Nov. Caribbean Villas allowed us a late check out, and Conrad Sutton let us keep the car untill 2:00. We asked at the begining of our stay and it was not a problem, but that was off season.

When we stayed at the Westin in Dec. they made us check out at 11:00 a.m. and we were owners of a villa. Staying at our home resort made us ineligible for the late checkout.
