Hi,

I'm from the states and I'm interested in locating lagoons and or low lying beaches that could support posibble man made lagoons. These areas could be on any of the islands (Not limited to just the USVI). Size of area should be in the area of 7 to 20 acres. Land of this nature that is for sale would be ideal. Please don't refer my name to any realitors. I'm not a rich man but have strong interest.
I'm asking for Island Names and general location of area on Island.

Thanks for any effort on your part.

Phil: I don't think that the Department of Planning and Natural Resources would cotton to someone turning the mangrove lagoons into man-made ones, if I understand your question. You will probably need to look outside of the USVI as ours are protected under federal laws. Beachfront property is extremely expensive, but you might be able to buy the Lindquist property for several million. 😉 Now as to doing anything with it....
