I have read there are a few places that have Karaoke on STT. It was an older post so I am wondering if it is still going on and are any of them more popular than others?
WHat can I say? I sing every Saturday night here at home. It could be fun doing it far away from home as well.

Iggies does Karoke on Thursday and Saturday nights. I have HEARD about other places, but as far as I know, Bolongo is it. Jason is the Emcee for one of the 2 nights, and he's awesome. Thurs starts at 8, and Sat starts at 9. Go early and have dinner 😉

A note about Carnival Night - the food may well be 'West Indian" but according to the locals, the fungi is nowhere near 'right' - but the Kalaloo is (how odd!). They have buffet ONLY, so be prepared for $40 per person for dinner & the show. It goes on just down the hill, and I worked at Iggies for quite a while (and still go down, just not for that)

If you want to see the show, I don't think they are charging for it, so you can have dinner elsewhere, then come at 8 for the show & drinks. It is a cool show, and Sammy Watts has one of the best steel pan players on island playing in his band (Oliver).

Good tip Manta! Will have to try that - the free show. I have tried to go for the buffet, but it is always too crowded and there is a wait for tables. Karaoke night is a huge hit and fun. I was surprised to see how many people (locals and visitors) came for karaoke. Wall to wall - standing room only.
