Can anyone comment on either Spellbound or Kalaloo villas? Anyone stay in one of these before? Neither has AC! Is this bearable in ST John in July? What about renting experience with St John Rentavilla? Thanks for any help!

I have been through both of these villas, though several years ago. There are pros and cons to each villa. They are both older houses. Spellbound's view from the top of the hill is really really great. The pool is a nice big pool. Spellbound used to be called Lyon's Pride. I'm surprised that AC hasn't been added to this villa but I would think the breezes would be very nice up there. There is about a 300 degree view from this house. Sunsets and lights of St. Thomas have got to be fabulous.

Kallalo, also an older house, has a fabulous location right on the North Shore Road. You could actually walk to Gibney/Oppenheimer from this house. You are lower down the hillside in this house so I'm not sure how the breezes would flow through this house. I think I'd like AC down there.

I'm not farmiliar with this agent so I can't help you there. If they are on the island, I'm sure they are fine.
