Can someone please let me know if JULES who drives a white cab with red top and usually is seen at Caneel Bay Resort is SAFE??? We are praying for him, as well as ALL of the people of St. John. Our hearts are broken for the devastation we see and the lives that are in such jeopardy. Please someone let us know how Jules and his family are.
