Their website URL is: http://www.dolphindiscovery.com/tortola.htm
They are located on the Island of Tortola. The reservations number as listed on a brochure I have in my hand is (284)494.76.75. I'm not too sure about why the dots appear where they do, but check the website for the number if it is wrong somehow.

Hello Eileen,

No dolphin encounters in the USVI so closest is Tortola in the BVI as Paul mentioned. As for jet skis... on St. John only the Westin Resort has them and its guided to keep you out of National Park waters. On St. Croix I haven't seen them anywhere besides Hotel on the Cay. On St. Thomas you can try Sapphire Beach by the marina area, the little Bay opposite Coki has an outfit renting them also.
