Are jet skis available for rent on STJ? I think they'd be fun for an afternoon while there. Any info... pricing... etc would be apprciated.

I'm not sure if you can rent them on STJ or not. I've never seen one on STJ (thank God). If you can, it would be a the Westin. I think you can rent them on STT.
You can rent them at the Westin Resort on St. John. I had breakfast there last week and saw them lined up, ready to rumble.

That's right... Westin Resort is the only spot on St. John with Jet skis for rent. An additional note, you aren't allowed to just go out and do what you want - its more of a tour (with a guide).

At the Westin, a guided tour but the guides are very cool and keep you outside of the National Park areas. They are there more for your safety but pretty much you can beat the hell out of the machines and go full throttle all the time. The last time we took them it was $75 hour solo, $95 for two people on one ski.
You need to make reservations a few days ahead of time. They have all new Jet Skis there as of August.
